It's funny to see the timeline and to realize that we've been friends since the 1990's and how huge a part you have played in both my personal and my weaving life.Lynnettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05002189035564788475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767897696623067165.post-51749865133423313612015-08-19T09:47:17.766-07:002015-08-19T09:47:17.766-07:00Thanks for the trip down memory lane, Susan. I must say, I just moved for the first time in 35 years, and didn't find it fun at all, so your frequent moves would have completely overwhelmed me!

P.S. Thanks for sharing so many drafts! You had written to congratulate me on the new loom and send some sage advise on CM tie up's.
Thank you for that.... what a sweet heart you are (and we go back a long way now it seems!)

Pamela: I think the hardest part is making the decision and it gets easier after that. Not sure what replacement loom would work best for you, but I can say that my Louet Spring has been one I've been able to use waiting for a hip and knee replacement.... and foot surgery! It might just be the one for you...

Annie: Thank you!

Linda: Moving that many times really sucked but most of it was work related due to Bruce railroading. We were so much younger then and had strong healthy backs! :) Not sure how its going to work on the next relocation but that's what movers are for I guess!Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09707139508896058818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767897696623067165.post-90394142465169734832015-08-16T09:56:18.169-07:002015-08-16T09:56:18.169-07:00From Annie:

I have only ever owned my 12 harness 60'' colonial ( bought in 1978) but have moved it 8 times with several moves within the current house. I can put it together in my sleep. It might be time to try and sell it though as arthritis makes treadling difficult.
Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09707139508896058818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767897696623067165.post-37501628985732059922015-08-16T09:53:29.287-07:002015-08-16T09:53:29.287-07:00From Linda:

I don't want to even imagine having to pack up and move that many times, but you surely have had some gorgeous views from home. I love reading (and re-reading) your blog. It's a wonderful resource….I've returned many times to learn and refresh the memory.Susan https://www.blogger.com/profile/09707139508896058818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767897696623067165.post-17052473355039063312015-08-16T08:13:43.963-07:002015-08-16T08:13:43.963-07:00Very fun post to read. Wow - you've moved a lot, probably a good idea to keep un-needed 'stuff' to a minimum so it doesn't have to always be packed and unpacked.Cindie https://www.blogger.com/profile/00417973211775970549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8767897696623067165.post-67856387918132414882015-08-16T07:28:07.310-07:002015-08-16T07:28:07.310-07:00Lovely visit to your past, Susan! One thing about ...Lovely visit to your past, Susan! One thing about moving so often is the chance to clear out the junk. Unfortunately we've been in the same house since 1978! You can imagine how much has accumulated, even after passing on as much as possible to the kids when they left home. I always joke that we need to move out into the yard and only bring the good stuff back in!Louisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11685532773952211627noreply@blogger.com
